Terms & Conditions
If you already registered as a customer enter your email address and password.
If you are a new customer please create an account.
Visit our webpage www.newrockstore.com and enter zone Europe & Rest of the World. Select from the categories at the left the product you would like to buy, click “buy now”, confirm the size and add to shopping cart. If you want several pairs of the same style and size please introduce the quantity there where indicated “Qty”. If you have ordered the wrong style please click on “remove”and “update”. If you want more than one product click on “continue shopping”. If not, please click on “checkout”.
You will enter the delivery information form indicating shipping address and shipping charges. Shipments happen by the agency FEDEX. If you want to change the shipping address click on “change address” and introduce new details. Once this has been confirmed please click on “continue”.
You will then enter the payment information form. If you want to change the billing address click on “change address” and introduce new details. After this select the method of payment. There are three payment methods: bank transfer, payment through Paypal or credit card payment.
If you want to add a comment to your order enter the information at “add comments about your order”. If you have a discount voucher introduce corresponding code at “coupon code”. Once you have completed these details please click on “continue”.
Finally you will enter the order confirmation form. If all details are correct please “confirm order”. If not, you may modify the necessary details by clicking “edit”.
If you have indicated payment by bank transfer the system will indicate complete bank details.
If you have indicated payment via Paypal the system will ask you for identification with Paypal to confirm payment.
If you have indicated payment by credit card the system will ask you to confirm card details. To confirm click on "pay"
Once the order is confirmed the system will send an order number that will serve as a reference.
Your order will be accepted by us only when payment is confirmed. Delivery time is between 2 and 7 days.
Although we will make every effort to supply the products ordered, there may be times that the products are no longer manufactured or not available. In these cases we will contact you to inform you and suggest alternatives. If you disagree with our suggestions we will cancel your order and refund the amount of money paid by you. The return of this sum of money will limit our liability to you.
Very occasionally, the prices of the products shown on the website of Newrockstore.com can be specified in the wrong way and show a lower price. When this happens and if we have confirmed your order we will contact you immediately to issue a new order confirmation with the correct price. In the event that the price is much higher, you may cancel your order and get a refund of the amount paid.
We will supply the products indicated in the order confirmation, in accordance with these terms and conditions
Prices of the products on our website are shown in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). These prices will also be increased with the shipping costs that will vary depending on destination and product.
In case of being a company entitled to the exclusion of VAT please provide your VAT number and the relevant certification.
Purchases made by individuals or entities residing in EU countries are not exempt from VAT unless you send us the appropriate certificate. Orders destinated to EU countries are subject to various customs charges and taxes. These should be paid by the customer.
There are three payment methods: bank transfer, payment through Paypal or credit card payment.
You should pay in the currency Euro.
We will not process your order until full payment is completed and confirmed.
We ship worldwide.
We will deliver your products to the address indicated on the shipping address section.
If you have ordered several products at once, we may deliver on different dates, depending on availability of each.
You may cancel your order at any time before delivery of the product by sending an email to newrock@newrock.es and indicating your order number. We will automatically proceed to refund the amount. If you have paid by bank transfer you should indicate in the email your full bank details.
The title and risk of loss of your products will be yours at the moment of delivery of the goods.
Your right to return the products
If you want to make a change in size you may return the product at no cost. This service is only for changes in size, not for credits. New Rock will contact the appropriate transport agency for collection. This service applies only to orders within the European Union.
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us you may return it and get a refund or exchange the product. If the change involves a change of style you should pay the price difference that exists between them. In both cases the transport charges will not be credited, nor those of the initial shipment or return. No returns will be accepted without the previous written authorization of New Rock. For a return you must contact us within 7 days after delivery of the products to you.
The product must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.
The process for a claim for defective material and to avoid unnecessary costs is:
New Rock will not credit the shipping charges of faulty goods that have been returned without prior authorization.
In case of return of a defective product due to a manufacturing fault, New Rock will replace the product. If the product is not available we will refund the amount paid or suggest a similar product.
In case of return of a defective product due to an error in use, New Rock will inform the customer in writing and return the product without reparation.
The products that are damaged due to misuse, excessive use, excessive heat, damage by third parties are specifically excluded. It should also be borne in mind that the vast majority of our products are of natural leather and some small differences in colour or texture can be observed.
In case of error in shipment by us we will have the product collected and returned without additional costs.
There are no warranties, conditions or other terms binding on us except the ones expressly stated in this contract.
Our maximum total liability, according to the contract, either by contractual liability, extra-contractual or others will never exceed the amount you paid us for the products.

You agree to comply with all Export Laws *. You agree not to export any product to any country in contravention of any Export Law, and not to export any product to any country for which an export license or other governmental approval is required without first obtaining all necessary licenses or approvals. You warrant that you are not located in, you are not under control, nor you are a national or resident of any country to which is prohibited the export of goods by any Export Law.
* Export Laws: means all laws, regulations and orders of the United States, European Union and Spain applicable to the export, re-export, transfer or resale of products.
By placing your order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your order form for the purposes of processing your order. Please note that we may also share such data globally within the New Rock Shoes SL Holding. All the Holding companies will protect your information in accordance with the privacy policy of New Rock customers. If you do not wish to receive information from us, please email newrock@newrock.es
We will do our best to fulfill our obligations under the contract. However, we are not responsible for delays or failure if the delay or failure is due to force majeure. In case of delay, we will fulfill our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
We will try to solve any disagreement quickly and efficiently. If you disagree with the way we treat any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you should do so in Spain, applying Spanish law.
